Whenever I am doing the russian twist movements I feel it more in my hip flexors than my abs, and it makes it very uncomfortable to continue the moments. Do I need to lean slightly back/forward more?

Started doing these exercises three months ago at 76kg while on calorie deficit. I admit it was inconsistent because it was hard and even had to stop for a few days or few weeks in interval because I was busy in school sooo the progress is very slow. But results are still results and I'm proud of that. Currently, I now weight at 72kg ❤ Still far from my desired weight (60kg) but at least there's progress 🥹❤

Hi, I would LOVE to see a lot more of this style of full body workouts. My left knee is kind of tweaked and sensitive, so Zumba and weight training are on the back burner for now. Pilates workouts are ideal for me for now since they are physical therapy-based, low impact, but still challenging workouts. Thank you❤

That is really great exercises that you are showing me👍🙏. You could teach a class too👍. Thank you for caring about your body as I can tell youvI have 40+ years ahead of you, and I am still exercising because most people my age just watch TV all day and look at their phone and complain about they don't do nothing as I cough ride a bike go biking go to 24-Hour Fitness and do some exercises and it makes me have a better day and I can move around better
